What Cloudain Is Building: Platform Direction for 2026

The Four Practice Areas

Cloudain's work is organised around four interconnected practice areas:

Cloud Engineering. Infrastructure design, cloud migration, platform architecture, and DevOps implementation for SMBs and growing technology companies. Our clients are typically businesses that have outgrown their initial cloud setup and need architecture that scales with their operations.

Cloud Security. Practical cloud security work including IAM reviews, posture assessments, and compliance readiness. Securitain, our cloud security product, provides automated AWS security scanning for businesses that want ongoing visibility into their security posture without a full-time security team.

Healthcare Technology. Healthzee, our healthcare technology platform, focuses on clinic operations: appointment automation, bilingual patient communication, screening workflows, and operational reporting. We are building this with a HIPAA-conscious design approach for independent practices and small healthcare groups.

AI Automation. Workflow automation for businesses using AI-assisted intake, customer communication, reporting, and internal tooling. Our focus is on practical, scoped deployments with defined human oversight rather than broad AI transformation initiatives.

Why These Four Areas Together

Each practice area serves the same core client: a CTO or business owner at a small or mid-sized company who is responsible for technology decisions, often without a large internal team. Cloud engineering, security, healthcare technology, and AI automation are all areas where these clients need external expertise and where the market is underserved at the SMB scale.

What We Are Building in 2026

We are in active development on Securitain's AWS scanning and reporting capabilities, expanding Healthzee's scheduling integration layer, and building out the AI automation practice with structured workflow design offerings.
