We kept seeing the same moment repeat itself across customers and our own teams: someone would ask a great question and get a decent answer, but the work still wasn't done. The insight lived in a chat window; the action lived somewhere else-Sheets, tickets, messages, approvals. Meanwhile, context was scattered across products, brands, and teams. We didn't want "AI" to be a clever sidebar. We wanted conversations to turn into decisions-and decisions to turn into finished work, inside the guardrails that make Cloudain trustworthy.
MindAgain is that bridge. It sits on CoreCloud so identity, roles, regions, and audit are native, not bolted on.
